PraiseMoves: a balanced workout program

In 2008, I learned about a workout program specifically created to cater to all components of fitness. It is called PraiseMoves. It was created by an American fitness professional named Laurette Willis who left behind a 25-year long yoga practice in 2001 to create a fun, Christ-centered alternative to yoga. This is probably one of the best programs I’ve seen which strives to balance flexibility, strength, endurance and relaxation. It even covers all fitness levels!
What I like most about it is that you can do the PraiseMoves workout with minimum equipment and budget at home or while in travel! Best of all the entire program is endorsed by several renowned chiropractors in the United States. Remember that these people don't just put their name on anything! So you know the system works.
